Do You Need A Coach

Tiger, Jordan, Ruth, Phelps, Serena, Pelé, Gretzky, Byles…

These individuals are often regarded as the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time) in their respective sports, to the extent that we often recognize their greatness by just a part of their name. What do these exceptionally skilled athletes have in common? They have all consistently credited their coaches as pivotal to their achievements.

In contrast, in the realm of business, hiring a coach is often perceived as a luxury. There seems to be a belief that the "great ones" will navigate their paths independently or possess an inherent talent for leadership excellence. The norm tends to be learning through experience, which may be effective if those experiences lead to success; however, what occurs when success is elusive? And could the potential for greater achievement be unlocked?

At En Fuego Leadership, we demystify executive coaching by leveraging a blend of experience and validated assessments from experts who have studied the qualities of exceptional leaders for over four decades.

Whether you are seeking a trusted discussion partner, a mentor, or guidance in managing a new team, we are here to assist. In fact, we support many individuals just like you.

The En Fuego Coach

We initiate our coaching relationships by explicitly identifying the objectives each client aims to achieve and establishing how success will be measured throughout the engagement.

Following this, we highly recommend that clients undertake the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), which is the most widely utilized 360° assessment globally, to provide a baseline understanding of their leadership strengths and areas for growth, as viewed by both the client and their stakeholders. A self assessment option is also available if the 360° assessment is not feasible.

By integrating our clients’ objectives with the insights gained from the LPI assessment, we can collaboratively develop a strategy that not only meets but surpasses their goals, thereby enhancing their leadership capabilities.

Reach out to us so we can explore how to help you achieve G.O.A.T. leadership status with your people and your organization!
